摘 要:本文在Soave模型的基础上,采用PR状态方程和Huron-Vidal混合规则,提出了一种适于模拟含携带剂超临界流体中固体溶解度且包含固体溶质饱和蒸汽压P_2^(sat)及其作用因子C_2和携带剂作用因子C_3的3参数模型。并采用该模型分别对SC CO_2C_2H_5OH中硬脂酸和棕榈酸的溶解度数据进行了模拟,其平均误差分别为7.65%和6.89%,小于活度系数模型的13.1%和11.5%,表明该模型是一种模拟含携带剂超临界流体中固体溶质溶解度的较好模型,可为其今后的设计和生产提供理论指导。Based on the Soave model,a model with the three parameters of solid vapor pressure P_2^(sol) and its actor C_2 and entrainer's actor C_3 to simulate the solid solubility in supercritical fluid with entrainer has been produced in this article,using the PR EOS and the simplified Huron -Vidal mixing rule.The solubilities data of the stearic acid and the palm acid in the supercritical carbon dioxide with ethanol were simulated using it.The average errors of the model to the two acids is 7.65%and 6.89%,respectively,lessing than the model of the active coefficient. The result shows that the model can simulate the solid solubility in the supercritical fluid with entrainer well.The model can also be used to direct theoretically the design and production of it in the future.
