药理效应法筛选中药细辛活性组群的试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]评价细辛不同组份止咳、祛痰作用。[方法]以止咳、祛痰实验为考查指标,对不同溶解度参数溶剂提取的细辛提取物进行药效学考查。[结果]细辛不同提取物均能显著延长咳嗽潜伏期,具有明显的止咳作用(P<0.01),但祛痰效果不显著(P>0.05)。[结论]挥发油提取物为细辛止咳作用的主要物质基础。[Objective] To study the effects of various ingredients in Herba Asari on stopping coughing and eliminating phlegm. [Method] Using antitussive and expectorant experiments as index to estimate pharmacodynamics actions of the extracted from Herba Asari in different solubility of solvents. [Results] The extracted from Herba Asari could prolong the latent period of cough significantly and had good effects on stopping coughing(P <0.01). But they had no evident expectorant effects (p>0.05). [Conclusion] Volatile oil extracted from Herba Asari is essential material foundation for antitussive effect.
