杞菊地黄丸对糖尿病患者视力的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨杞菊地黄丸对糖尿病患者视力的影响。[方法]将确诊为糖尿病的患者100例随机分为两组各50例,对照组予控制血糖、体重、饮食,辅于对症等治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予杞菊地黄丸6g,每天1次。两组患者均连续进行5年的治疗。[结果]治疗组对视力的保护明显优于对照组(P值≤0.01)。[结论]杞菊地黄丸对于保护糖尿病患者的视力,预防视网膜病变具有积极的意义,值得临床进一步推广。[Objective] To study QiJuDiHuang Pills' influence on diabetics' retinal. [Methods] To randomly divide 100 diagnosed diabetics into two groups with 50 diabetics in each group. We treat the contrasted group in the way like this:control blood sugar, weight, diet. As far as the treated group is concerned,we offer them QiJuDiHuang Pills: 6g each day based on the treatment given to the contrasted group. Both groups have received five - year treatment. [Results] The treated group's vision is much better than the contrasted group's vision. (P≤0.01). [ Conclusion] QiJuDiHuang Pills can preserve diabetics' eyesight and prevent their retinal from becoming worse in a positve way. Therefore, QiJuDiHuang Pills are worth using further in the clinical field.
