综合疗法对脑血管造影术后深静脉血栓的临床研究

摘　　要：深静脉血栓是临床上常见病、多发病,其致残率高,并有一定死亡率,手术是深静脉血栓形成的常见原因之一,目前西医对该病的治疗多采用手术或药物溶栓,虽有确切疗效但存在出血倾向等并发症,又有诸多副作用。笔者对196例脑血管造影患者采用神灯照射加活血散中药外敷防治深静脉血栓,取得较好疗效。Deep Vein Thrombosis is a common clinical practice, frequently - occurring disease, and its high morbidity and mortality have surgery is deep vein thrombosis, one of the common causes of the current Western medicine treatment of the disease the use of surgery or thrombolytic drugs, although the exact effect but there are complications such as bleeding tendency, and a lot of side effects. The author of 196 cases of cerebral angiography in patients with the use of lamp irradiation plus external application of Chinese medicine Huoxue scattered deep vein thrombosis prevention and treatment, and achieved good effect.
