小针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病30例

摘　　要：[目的]观察小针刀治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。[方法]通过小针刀松解术松解寰枢关节周围软组织的痉挛、挛缩,配合手法治疗,并与西药组进行随机对照。[结果]治疗30例患者中,治愈7例,显效17例,有效5例,无效1例。治愈率23.33%,显效率56.67%,有效率16.67%。临床疗效明显优于西药治疗(P<0.05)。[结论]小针刀是治疗此病比较有效的方法,与西药对照组进行比较具有显著的优越性。[Objective] To observe the small needle - knife treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis of the clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] Through a small needle - knife lysis soft tissue release of the atlantoaxial joint cramps, contracture with Treatment and western medicine group randomized controlled trial. [Results] The patients in the treatment of 30 cases, seven cases of cured, 17 cases markedly effective, 5 cases of effective and ineffective in 1 case. Cure rate 23. 33% , obviously efficiency 56.67% , effectiveness 16.67%. Clinical efficacy was superior to western medicine (P <0.05). [ Conclusion] That the small needle-knife is to treat the disease more effective, and a control group of western medicine has significant advantages.
