摘　　要：随着聚氨酯在生物医学领域的广泛应用,对其性能的要求也不断提高,为此诸多学者对医用聚氨酯的表面进行了改性研究。本文主要从抗凝、抗菌和亲水性修饰三个方面论述了聚氨酯表面改性方法研究进展。The properties of the medical polyuerthane (PU) material are required more and more perfect with the wide application of PU in the biomedical field. Many researchers study the surface modifaction of PU in orde to improve its properties. The paper presents the progress of the medical PU surface modifaction focusing on anticoagulant, antimicrobial and hydrophilic modification.
