摘 要:心电信号滤波处理是心电信号检测及处理的关键环节。本文首先针对心电信号中混杂的工频干扰、肌电干扰和基线漂移等几种主要噪声分别设计了相应的数字滤波器算法;并采用滤波器系数变长度优化算法来降低数字滤波运算的量化误差;最后结合MIT–BIH心率失常数据库中的心电信号对上述算法进行了仿真验证。结果表明,根据心电信号噪声特点专门设计的数字滤波算法能有效地滤除心电信号中的主要噪声,而采用滤波器系数变长度优化算法处理后的滤波器性能更趋理想,可更好满足临床分析与诊断对心电波形的要求。ECG signal filtering is crucial to the detection and processing of ECG signal. In order to remove the main interferences interlaced in ECG signal, including power interference, myoelectricity interference and baseline drift,appropriative digital filter algorithms are firstly presented. Variable precision filter coefficient optimization method is also used to reduce the quantization error in the process of digital filtering. Finally the proposed algorithms has been validated through simulations based on the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database. It is showed that the appropriative digital filter algorithms can remove the main noises in ECG signal effectively,and variable precision filter coefficient optimization method can improve the filter performance approaching ideal,so as to satisfy the clinical diagnosis and analyse requirements of ECG waveform.
