甘肃马鹿茸重性状重复力和遗传力估测

摘　　要：为提高甘肃马鹿育种效率,采用组内相关系数法及同父异母半同胞组内相关法,对甘肃马鹿6锯三杈茸鲜重的遗传力及5～11锯三杈茸鲜重的重复力进行了估测.结果表明:26只甘肃马鹿种公鹿5～11锯三杈茸茸鲜重的重复力为0.61(P<0.01),属高重复力;6只种公鹿57只后裔6锯时三杈茸鲜重遗传力为0.37(P<0.05),属高遗传力.甘肃马鹿茸重为高重复力和高遗传力性状.Intraclass correlation coefficient and intraclass correlation of half-sibling with same father were used to estimate the heritability of fresh weight of 3 branch antlers sawed 6 times and their repeatability sawed 5-11 times for Gansu wapiti.The data showed that the high repeatability of fresh weight of 3 branch antlers sawed 5-11 times was 0.61(P<0.01) among the 26 breeding bucks of Gansu wapitis.And also the high heritability of fresh weight of 3 branch antlers sawed 6 times was 0.37(P<0.05) of the 57 offspring from 6 male deer.The weight character of hairy antler of Gansu wapiti had higher repeatability and heritability and the paper provided genetic parameters of important properties in pure breeding.
