摘　　要：采用马尔柯夫过程理论,综合考虑结构的破坏程度、检测费用等因素,以最小检测费用为目标函数,建立了外墙饰面最佳检测策略的数学模型。将外墙饰面所处状态分为5种,相应的检测策略分为"单一状态"、"两种状态"、"三种状态"。根据外墙饰面所处的当前状态,分析其状态转移概率矩阵,通过求解外墙饰面最小检测维修费用,进行外墙饰面检测维修策略的优化分析。By adopting Markov process theory, taking various factors such as damage degrees of the structure, testing fees and so on, and using the minimal testing fees as the objective function, the author builds a mathematic model of the optimal strategy for inspecting exterior finishes. The model divides exterior finishes into five states with corresponding inspective strategies of one state, two states and three states. According to the current state of exterior finishes, the analysis of the state transfer probability matrix and the calculation of the minimal inspection and maintenance costs of exterior finishes, an optimized analysis of the inspection and maintenance costs policy for exterior finishes can be possibly carried out.
