摘　　要：运用血府逐瘀汤临症四则:闭经,证属郁怒伤肝,气滞血瘀,治宜活血祛瘀,理气行滞。神经衰弱,证属肝气郁结,气滞气瘀,治宜活血化瘀,理气解郁。冠心病心绞痛,证属心气瘀阻,阳气虚衰,治宜活血化瘀,益气温阳。use Xuefuzhuyu decoction confirmed 4 clinical symptoms:Amenorrhea symptoms are Yu Nush- ang liver and stagnation of flow of vital energy blood stasis, therapies are the blood circulation removes extrava- sted blood and regulates the flow of vital energy the line to stagnate. Neurasthenia symptoms are liver-Qi depression and stagnation of flow of vital energy blood stasis, therapies are blood circulation removing extravasted blood and regulates the flow of vital energy Xie Yu. Coronary Heart Disease and Angina symptoms are painstaking care stasis anti and the positive lacking in vital energy fades.therapies are blood circulation removing extravasted blood and the profit temperature is positive.
