摘　　要："白澳政策"是澳大利亚自1901年建国后作为一项基本国策而确定下来的种族歧视性移民政策.它旨在保证澳大利亚为白种人所有,排斥和歧视有色人种移居澳大利亚和当地的土著居民."白澳政策"形成的原因既有其现实的政治和经济的因素,也有其种族和文化因素.包括《移民限制法案》为主的几项重要法案或条例,这标志"白澳政策"正式形成."白澳政策"对澳大利亚和亚洲、非洲以及大洋洲各国都产生了重大而深远的影响。White Australian Policy,aimed to ensure that the immigration into Australia is exclusively reduced to white people by virtue of discriminating against non-white people and aborigines,has been adopted as one of the fundamental state polices as early as the establishment of federal government in 1901.The shape of the policy marked by the enactment of several important acts included into"Immigration Restriction Act"has manifold factors.Also,it exerts profound influence on Australian,Asian,and African countries...
