摘　　要：高校教师是履行教育教学职责的专业人员,从事的是一种教育教学服务工作。从高校教师在教学活动过程中实际享有的控制权和对大学生的影响力来看,高校教师谈不上利用教学活动的职务便利、非法收受他人财物、为他人谋取不正当利益,因此,高校教师不是商业受贿的犯罪主体。The college teacher is the professional person who fulfils his responsibility for education and teaching,and he undertakes a form of service work for education and teaching.From the control power which is enjoyed by the college teacher practically in the process of teaching and the influence over the undergraduates,the college teacher is far from making use of the advantage of his position in the process of teaching,to accept bribery,and gain an unfair advantage for others.Therefore,the college teacher is n...
