摘　　要：目的防止输入性疟疾在国内的传播,探讨输入性疟疾的处置方式。方法对来自疫区归国人员进行疟疾检测、流行病学调查及发现疫情后的处置。结果从赤道几内亚回国劳务人员中检出24例疟疾,结合流行病史,判定为输入性疟疾。疫情发现后,立即组成公共卫生人员的应急队伍进行处理。结论出入境检验检疫机构加强对出入境人员的健康咨询、对归国人员传染病监测,快速处理疫情是防止输入性疟疾传播的关键。Objective In order to prevent the transmmition of imported malaria in China,probe into disposal of imported malaria.Methods Malaria cases were detected from workers returned from Equatorial Guinea and conduct the epidemiological survey and the disposal of imported malaria.Results 24 malaria cases were confirmed by diagnosis and epidemiological survey,and all of the 24 malaria cases were imported cases.Conclusion The key of preventing the transmmition of imported malaria is that the exit-entry inspection and...
