摘　　要：作为高等师范院校的主角,地方普通高师院校面对高等教育大众化的现实,面对高等教育内部、地区之间、校际之间日趋激烈的竞争,生存和发展面临巨大的困境。准确定位、发展特色、强调质量,应该是地方普通高师院校面对生存和发展困境必须坚持的战略构想。the local normal colleges as the protagonists of normal universities face the reality of mass higher education,and they are in the face of the increasing competitive intensification of higher education itself,between regions,between the inter-schools.Their survival and development face enormous difficulties.Accurate positioning,developing features,and emphasizing on quality should be the strategic visions of the dilemmas and survival in general local normal colleges development.
