增添理论观照下的“汉译英”句子翻译教学——从“单句转码”到“语篇生成”

摘　　要：本文运用增添理论,结合课堂教学实例,对精读教材课后练习'汉译英'单句翻译处理进行了新的探究与尝试。研究发现,在课堂教学互动情境中,教师通过适当的外部操作可以有效激活学习者的内在增添机制,为目标语言项目的语码转换、储存、提取与调用建立更多的认知通道。此外,在增添理论的指导下,单句翻译教学还在方法论上初步实践了从'句本位'操作向'语篇处理'的转型与跨越。This paper attempts to try out a new approach to the sentence-based C-E translation exercise Elaboration Theory and teaching practices at class. It is found that appropriate its methods in classroom context help to activate EFL learners’ innate language elaboration device, which not only provides cognitive access to the target language units for translation, storage, retrieval and practical use; but also achieves the methodological transition from sentence-based translation to text-oriented production.
