杯状举宫器联合Ligasure在免气腹腹腔镜下子宫全切除术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨杯状举宫器联合Ligasure在免气腹腹腔镜下子宫全切除术中的临床应用。方法有手术指征的子宫肌瘤56例,其中运用杯状举宫器联合Ligasure在免气腹腹腔镜下行子宫全切33例(实验组),用举宫棒联合双极电凝在免气腹腹腔镜下行同样手术23例(对照组),比较两种术式的临床应用效果。结果与对照组比较,实验组手术时间短,术中出血量少,肛门排气时间早,住院时间短,术后下床活动时间早,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组并发症少。结论杯状举宫器联合Ligasure的免气腹腹腔镜手术是一种安全、可靠,适于临床广泛开展的手术方式。Objective to investigate clinincal combined application of the cuppy uterus-lifted equipment and Ligasure to gasless laparoscopical hysterectomy.Methods 56 cases of uterine myoma who had the clinical indications of hysterectomy were divided into control group and experimental group.For the experimental group,33 of them were given gasless laparoscopical hysterectomy using uterus-lifted equipment and Ligasure(experimental group)(n=33);For the control group,the rest of the patients were given gasless laparosco...
