摘 要:为了开发综合服用性能优良的含大麻迷彩军服,选择经纱、纬纱、经纱密度、织物组织、空白列(误差)5个因素,不同棉、大麻、锦纶混纺比的纱线作为经纬纱的因素水平,进行正交试验设计.根据正交试验设计的参数进行织造,测试织物的起毛起球性、撕破强力、回潮率、OMMC4项服用性能,并进行正交试验分析.结果显示,经纱组成H60/C40,纬纱组成H20/C40/N40,经纱密度277根/10 cm,织物组织2/2方平的织物综合性能最佳,其中织物组织和经纱的纤维组成对织物的综合性能的影响最为显著.The orthogonal test was designed using such five factors as warp yarn,weft yarn,density of warp,weave and blank list.Weaving fabrics were made on the basis of designed parameters.Wearing performances of the fabrics,such as fuzzing and pilling,tearing strength,moisture regain and overall moisture management capacity were tested,then they were chosen as evaluation index.According to the analysis of range and variance,conclusions were drawn that the composition of warp yarn,weft yarn and density of warp were H...
