摘　　要：退耕还林的持续性是工程的最终目标能否实现的保障。本文在探讨森林认证与退耕还林关系的基础上,明确了促进我国森林认证发展和提高退耕还林工程持续性的相互作用。一方面,森林认证是退耕还林工程可持续性发展的重要手段之一;另一方面,退耕还林工程的参与,可以扩大森林认证的市场,从而促进我国森林认证的发展。针对退耕还林参与森林认证的特殊性与制约因素,本文提出促进退耕还林工程区开展森林认证的政策建议。Whether the ultimate objectives of the Grain for Green Project can be realized depends on its sustainability.This paper discussed the relationship between forest certification and Grain for Green Project.On one hand,forest certification is one important way to promote the sustainability of the project,but on the other hand,the forest in the project adopting the certification will enhance the development of our forest certification by expanding the certification market.Then,the authors offer some suggestions...
