摘　　要：目的分析农村卫生适宜技术推广的影响因素。方法通过问卷调查、小组座谈和个人深入访谈定性研究方法收集资料。结果组织管理、技术持有者、技术本身及卫生服务供需双方因素都会影响适宜技术的推广和应用。结论应从研制、评估、转移、培训、服务提供和接受6个环节入手,加强卫生适宜技术推广工作。Objective To analyze the influencing factors of popularizing appropriate health technology(AHT) in rural areas.Methods Data were collected through qualitative research methods,such as structured questionnaire survey,focus group discussion and in-depth interview.Results Project organization and management, AHT holders,AHT itself,health service providers and demanders would influence the AHT popularization.Conclusion The AHT work should be strengthened by 6 steps,including development,assessment,transfer,trai...
