糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的心理因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的心理状态。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对在本院内分泌科已确诊且已在治疗的182例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者进行问卷调查。结果糖尿病胃轻瘫患者焦虑、怀疑、人际关系敏感性、偏执、精神病性、强迫症状因子分均高于常模,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。男性患者焦虑、躯体化、敌对性因子等得分高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论糖尿病胃轻瘫患者存在者着严重的心理卫生障碍。Objective To investigate the psychological conditions in diabetes patients with gastroparesis.Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients with definite diagnosis and treatment were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)in the endocrinology department in the hospital.Results Diabetic patients with anxiety and doubt,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoid,psychotic,forced symptoms had higher scores than those of the norm with significant differences(P<0.05,P<0.01).The male patients with anxiety factor ...
