摘　　要：目前艾滋病(acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)已成为一种全球共同关注的疾病,随着治疗手段的不断完善,AIDS患者的生存时间逐渐延长,其生存质量成为首要解决的问题。自我管理已经应用到慢性病的各项管理中,可以显著提高慢性病患者的自我效能及生存质量,改善健康状况。通过分析国内外有关慢性病自我管理的研究现状,探讨AIDS病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)感染者/AIDS患者开展自我管理健康教育的必要性及相关措施。AIDS has become a global disease of common concern now.Because of the constant improvement of treatment prolonged the survival time of HIV infected-person and AIDS patients,AIDS has become a chronic disease and how to improve the quality of life has become the most important issue.Self-management has been applied to the management of chronic diseases,which can significantly improve the patient s self-efficacy,quality of life and health status.This paper reviewed the chronic disease self-management research ...
