摘　　要：高校图书馆网络咨询服务完全能在着力解答广大读者学习、科研方面疑惑的同时,对大学生开展心理健康教育。开展此项工作时,咨询人员应该与读者建立良好的咨询关系,切实解决读者提出的问题,灵活采用非指示性原则,回复语言要富有技巧性。当然,这就要求网上参考咨询馆员具备健康的身心、高度的自我认识、广博的学识以及敏锐的咨询能力。University library network consulting services could carry out the mental health education to university students, at the same time of answering questions of readers study and research.
