摘　　要：用熔融法在多模光纤端面制作半球微透镜 ,与自制的光发射接收器耦合 ,基于此装置 ,进行了光纤通信实验 .the method for etched and fused hemispherical microlens ona multimode fiber end is described. coupled to a optical transmitter and photoreceiver made by oneself, Based on the set, optical fiber communication measurement is performed.
