摘　　要：高校图书馆是高校教学和科研的重要阵地。传统的借阅分开,实践证明弊端很多。实行借阅合一设置,能最大化地方便读者,有利于图书和图书信息的捆绑、节约图书使用经费及人力物力,有利于提高图书管理人员的服务水平和服务质量,促进图书管理人员素质的提高。借阅合一,值得推而厂之。Summary: University's library is the important positions of university's teaching and scientific research. Traditional borrowing and is separated, practice has proved a lot of drawbacks. Is it is it unify establishment to borrow to implement,can maximize local informal reader,help books and books message truss up , thrift books use the funds and manpower and materials, help to improve the books administrative staff's service level and service quality, promote the improvement of administrative staff's quality of the books. Borrow and unify, deserve it in the same way .
