摘  要:By using the method of pollen tube pathway,the synthesized GFM CryIA gene and modified CpTI gene were transfered into the elite cotton(Gossypium hirsutun L.)varieties(lines).Through the field and lab identifications,the insect-resistant transgenic plants were obtained.PCR analysis indicated that both the synthesized GFM CryIA gene and modified CpTI gene presented positive reaction.In R1 the boliworm resistance of each transformant was different,and the insect-resistance of R3 of ZGK9708 was stable.
