摘 要:研究了多孔性聚丙烯腈管式超滤膜的流动特性.考察了不同浓度的NaCl,KCI,MgCl2, NaSO4和MgSO4等电解质溶液对UF膜的流动特性随区差的变化关系.结果显示,在几种电解质 溶液中.UF膜的透过流量随压差变化表现出良好的线性关系.这种关系不随电解质种类、浓度和 压差变化.实验过程中UF膜的微孔结构稳定.使用过程中膜孔因堵塞造成膜污染的机会很小.The permeation flux through the porous polymer UF tubular membrane which is composed of polyacrylonitrile was measured under the corresponding applied pressure difference. The permeation flux through the membrane was plotted against the applied pressure difference as the linear relation, the ratio is defined as the pure water permeability. According to the Hagen-Poisenille equation, the pore diameters of the membranes can be determined. The knowledge of pollution degree of the membranes can be understood from the changes of the pore diameters. In all the experiments, the pure water permeability of ACP-0053 UF membrane does not change with the test time. It can be explained that the UF membrane is not easily polluted.
