公共关系与庸俗关系的经济学分析

摘　　要：目前 ,社会上一部分人对公共关系与庸俗关系二者界定产生混淆 ,造成误解。因此有必要从概念与特征上对二者进行区分 ;从短期经济效应和长期经济效应两个方面 ;从权力寻租、社会福利、资源配置等角度 ,就盈利性机构和非盈利性机构两种情况进行经济学分析 ,论证公共关系对于社会的好处和庸俗关系对于社会的害处。最后提出了有关的政策建设。The wriler discusses the misundersfanding existing in the society nowadays about the Public Relation and the rise of the Philistinism. Firstly we distinguich the Publio Rolation from the Philistinism on both definition and characteristics. Secondly, their short-term economic effects and the long thrm economic effects are displamycd Economic andlysis is processed simultaneously from aspects of rent-seeking, social welfare, resource allocation, etc. The whole analysis is based on conditions of both profitable and non-profitable organizations. Thus the advantage brought by the Public Relation and the disadvantage brought by the Philistinism are proved. Finally, policies are provided.
