摘　　要：介绍了由GE90-30与SIMENS6RA24数字传动装置组成的一个比较经济实用的飞剪。Fly shear is an important equipment in steel rolling factory.In the past there werve some problems because of control equipment and technology level .These problems affected nomorl productinng of the corporation.With the development of market economy, fly shear of stablilization,credibility,high control degree became important guarantee in improving production quality,increasing finished product ratio,enhancing competition ability.In this paper the authors introduce an economic applied fly shear equipent,including GE90-30 PIC and SIEMENS 6RA24. 
