摘  要:目的 探讨速热柔光(LHETM)治疗仪脱毛的疗效. 方法 采用以色列进口的速热柔光(LHETM)治疗仪,波长400-1200 nm,光斑大小22 mm×55 mm和11 mm × 25mm两种脱毛治疗头,单发脉冲,脉宽35 ms,能量密度10 J/cm2,对280例进行1000多次脱毛治疗.根据脱毛部位不同每次治疗间隔4~6周.详细记录治疗部位及治疗前后毛发颜色、粗细、密度(根/cm2)能量大小及皮肤反应等. 结果 所有脱毛者均取得满意疗效,治疗后毛发再生减小,再生延迟,再生毛发细小、浅淡,各部位治疗次数及能量均不相同. 结论 速热柔光(LHETM)治疗仪脱毛方便快捷,疗效满意,不良反应极小.脱毛效果与脱毛次数呈正相关,同治疗部位也有关.Objective To analyze the clinic effect of Light and Heat Energy (LHETM) Technology in hair removal. Methods 280 patients were treated more than 1000 times by using Light And Heat Energy (LHETM) machine from Israel. The wavelength band is from 400 nm to 1200 nm. The spot size is 22 mm×55 mm or 11 mm×25 mm. The pulse is single and its width is 35msec. The energy is 10J/cm2. Color, diameter and density of hair, the treated position, energy and the reaction of skin were memorized in full. Results All the 280 patients were satisfied with the effect. The hair regeneration is decreased and delayed. The regenerated hair was small and light. Conclusions It is convenient for hair removal using LHE, with satisfied effect and no adverse effect. The effect is positive correlated with the times, and also related with the position.
