摘　　要：本文通过对地下水水文信息进行特征分析、决策支持系统的结构设计、开发模型及选用工具,提出必须以地下水资源评价为系统核心,以方法库和模型库为支持,以数据库管理系统为基础数据管理,以WebGIS技术、网络技术、信息技术为信息的表达、传递方式,实现地下水资源管理决策支持服务。本文给出了系统的逻辑结构模型以及系统的开发方案和具体实例。Through analysis of the groundwater's hydrology information,the structural design of the strategy sustain system,and model developed and tools chose,this paper put forwards the management method which must takes the groundwater resources evaluation for the system core,approaches and models for the sustain,database administration system for base data,WebGIS and network and information technology for expression and impress manner to implement the their services;It also provides the system logic structure model and the development scheme and the project practice.
