摘　　要：[目的]为毛坯钻石准确估价提供有效解决方案。[方法]本文采用价值链分析方法,即从研究钻石价值链入手,以成品(抛光)钻石的分级体系为基础。[结果]建立了针对估价需求的毛坯钻石质量分级体系,构建估价模型,提出了通过制成品价格还原原材料价格的还原成本法并介绍了该方法在毛坯钻石估价工作中的实际应用。[结论]根据该估价原理和方法,利用计算机数据库技术可为毛坯钻石估价提供更为便利、准确的估价辅助手段,同时,该估价原理和方法也可推广应用到其他宝石原料的估价实践中。Together with the growth of the jewelry market and the international economic,the demand on the rough diamond evaluation is getting exigent.Since the international market of rough diamond is relatively blocked,the appraisal practitioners who are facing with the difficulties of lacking the practical trading reference information cannot make evaluation by the traditional appraising approaches.In this thesis,based on the analysis of the value chain,we do a research on the value chain of diamond industry and build up a quality-grading system based on the system of polished diamond grading.We put forward a theory and introduce the application of Cost-Reverting Approach by setting up the model of evaluation and reverting the price of the rough diamonds from the polished prices.On the basis of the theory and the approach,a computer-aided data base technique is adopted and enables the evaluation practice more efficient and accurate.The theory can also be applied in the evaluation of the rough materials of the other gem-stones,and provides the appraisal practitioners with an effective solution overcoming the difficulties of lacking experience and valid price information in the market of rough gem-stones,which is practical and popularize-worthy.
