摘　　要：本文通过目前对禽流感病毒的认识,预测其可能发生抗原性变异或与人流感病毒发生基因重配,形成重配株,获得对人的致病性和在人间传播的能力而引起人间流感大流行,威胁人类健康,并根据现有掌握的人禽流感的基本情况,对可能出现的人间传播禽流感进行预测并进行风险评估和分级预警,以此为依据制定相应的卫生检疫预案实施卫生检疫应急响应。Based on the acquaintance of avian influenza virus at present,it is presumed that antigenic variation or gene reassortment between avian influenza virus and human influenza virus maybe occur to acquire the virulence to infect human,and sequentially result in epidemic breakout.In accordance with the up-to-date data of avian influenza,risk assessment and alert classification should be performed,as the basis of shaping corresponding health quarantine project,to meet the demand of emergency rapid response.
