小针刀为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨小针刀为主治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机理和疗效. 方法 采用小针刀、手法复位、牵引等方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症100例,总有效率88%. 结果 本组100例,治愈52例(52%),显效22例(22%),有效14例(14%),无效12例(12%),总有效率88%. 结论 以小针刀为主综合治疗方法松解椎间盘突出节段椎间孔及其周围组织的粘连.解除神经根周围的卡压.调整脊柱的动静态平衡,缓解腰腿疼痛麻木等症状,实为一种安全、有效的治疗方法.Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the mechanism and curative effect of treating lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion by acupotomy therapy. Methods using acupotomy, massage, pulling etc to treat lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion on 100 patients, total effective rate is 88% . Results 0n 100 patients in this treat group, healing rate 52%, effective rate 22%, subservience rate 14%, ineffective rate 12%, total effective rate 88%. Conclusion Using acupotomy to treating the conglutination of lumbar’s surrounding tissue, the pressure of surrounding’s nerve, the balance of spinal, the pain and anaesthesia of waist and leg is an safety and efficiency method.
