摘　　要：节约型校园建设是我国实现"加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会"的一个重要组成部分。节约型校园建设包括策划、规划设计、施工、运行管理整个过程,而规划设计阶段则是其中一个关键的环节。文章结合西安外国语大学淮安学院新校园的规划对节约型校园做了一些初步的探索,并针对节约型校园规划中若干矛盾进行了思考。The construction of an economical campus is an important component of building a conservation-minded and environmental-friendly society.The construction of and economical environment contains the whole process of scheming,planning and design,construction and operation management,of which planning and design is only one key step.In view of the planning of the Huaian College of Xi'an International Studies University,this paper has made some preliminary probe into the planning of an economic campus,and raised the thinking of the conflicts in the planning of an economic campus.
