摘　　要：本文结合环保学院新校区规划实际,从生态保护、功能分区、交通组织、广场空间和技术创新五个层面归纳了该学院的规划设计理念,并以此提升校园的气质与文化品味。the paper confers the planning project for Guangdong Environmental-Protection Police College from the perspectives of ecology,functional zoning,circulation planning,open spaces,and technological innovation,and also with respect to the practical concerns and existing conditions,by which to ellaborate the spatial characters and cultural tast.
