摘　　要：中国的高校在经历了三个不同历史发展时期之后,高校的体制、学生规模及运营方式都发生了很大的变化,原有高校建筑已经远远不能适应现阶段高校使用需求。对其进行改造是在保护高校历史遗产的同时也使这些建筑再次焕发出勃勃生机,也是实现高校校园建筑空间可持续发展的重要途径之一。本文通过对西建大建筑系馆的改造实例,探讨高校原有建筑内部设计及外部环境的更新改造的相关问题。After three distinctive periods of development in higher education,the higher education system,student number and operating patterns of universities and colleges in China have undergone great changes.The existing buildings in universities and colleges cannot satisfy the increasing demands of contemporary higher education.Renovation of those existing buildings is an important way of realizing sustainable development of campus architecture,in terms of conservation of campus heritage and reinvigoration of existing buildings.With the renovation of Department of Architecture at XUAT,this paper studies and analyzes questions related to interior design and regeneration of external environment of existing buildings in campuses.
