摘　　要：以湘鄂西革命根据地保护规划为例,说明其规划定位与保护范围、建筑本体的改造以及红色旅游的开发策划。认为革命根据地旧址周边的环境是其保持活力的必要条件,同时可以结合本区域的其它景点大力发展红色旅游。With the conservation planning of xiang'e'xi revolutionary base area as an example,this paper explains its planning characters,protection zone,architectural renovation and strategies for developing Red tourism.It regards surrounding environmental quality of the base area as the prerequisite for maintaining its vitality and states that inclusion of other attractions in the base area would be beneficial for the development of Red tourism.
