摘　　要：职业生涯规划教育作为一项教育行为,可以根据管理学原理,明确计划、组织、领导、控制各项职能的主要内容,建立相应的教育管理体系。在这一体系中,目标设定是基础,任务分解是前提,机制建设是关键,绩效评估是保障。The education of occupational career plan is an education behavior. According to the management principles, we can establish the corresponding education administration system after raveling such content of function as organization, leadership, etc.In this system, goal is the foundation, duty decomposition is the premise, and the mechanism construction is the key, the achievements appraisal is the guarantee.
