摘 要:本文介绍了直升机自动倾斜器球铰自润滑关节轴承(球铰轴承)试验机研制的背景和意义,通过分析自动倾斜器专用自润滑关节轴承的结构、运动原理、失效形式,探讨了试验机的主要技术参数、结构、系统组成及控制方案等。并对试验机所采用的以空间机构和运动分解的方式实现关节轴承的三个自由度运动;采用液压缸主动控制技术模拟交变载荷、脉动载荷;通过水冷/加热方式模拟环境温度;采用可编程控制器及触摸屏实时控制、监测关节轴承各种试验参数等几个创新点进行了论述。In present paper a new spherical plain bearing life tester was introduced.main parameters,structure,system composition,and control system of the tester were determined by analyzing the structure,motion principle,and failure modes of the self-lubricating spherical plain bearing.the innovations of the tester including using spatial mechanism and motion decomposition to implement the three degree of freedom of the bearing,active control of the hydraulic cylinder was used to simulate alternating load and impulsive load,environment temperature was adjusted by water cooling or heating,programmable logical controller and touch screen were used to real-time control and detection of the bearing test signals were also described in the paper.
