摘　　要：文章分析了信息分化产生的背景,阐述了信息分化的内涵及其对社会发展的影响和作用,指出地区差距、经济差距、教育差距、知能差距和政府公共服务提供不足是导致信息分化的主要因素,最后从基础设施建设、普遍服务、信息扶贫和教育培训等不同的层面探讨了我国消除信息分化的公共政策选择。The background of informational differentiation is discussed in the paper.Then,the meaning and the effect of the information differentiation for the society development are explained.The region,economy,education,knowledge gaps and the under-provision of public services which cause the information differentiation are pointed out.In the end,the choices of the national public policies that will alleviate the information differentiation are designed based on the infrastructure construction,universal services,the poverty-relief by information and educational training.
