摘　　要：精益生产和6西格玛管理是现代企业生产和管理的主流,但两者紧密结合进行生产和管理的企业却是凤毛麟角,本文从生物学DNA双螺旋结构的角度,阐述企业生命体中生产和管理的密切联系,并且描述出其结合的"碱基对"。Lean Production and Six Sigma Management are the mainstream of the production and management for modern enterprises.However,they have been rarely combined effectively in an enterprise.From the point of view of the double DNA helix in biology,the paper focuses on the close relationship between production and management of an enterprise by comparing them as 'base pairs'.
