浅谈我国资本市场多层次体系的构建

摘　　要：资本市场是社会主义市场进行社会资源优化配置的重要平台,也是企业融资的主要渠道之一。资本市场能否充分发挥优化资源配置的作用,不但取决于资本市场的制度性建设,而且取决于资本市场多层次体系的完备。我国资本市场多层次体系的建设取得了一些成就,但还存在一些不足,当前要依靠推出股指期货、创业板和全国统一的柜台交易市场来完善我国的资本市场体系。The capital market is an important platform for the socialist market to allocate social resources,it is also one of the main channels to finance for Corporate.Weather the capital market can give full play to the role of optimizing the allocation of resources depends on the capital market system construction as well as a perfect system of the capital market.So far,the capital market in China has made some achievements on building a multi-level system,but there are still some inadequacies.So it is necessary to launch the Stock Index Futures,Growth Enterprise Market and the nation unified counter transaction market to improve our capital market system.
