摘　　要：本文从一个典型的校园网管理与建设工作过程出发,分析了计算机网络技术专业人才的岗位任务,并以网络管理员为例给出了如何设计该专业的行动领域、学习领域和学习情境的基本方法,初步构建基于工作过程导向的计算机网络技术专业人才培养方案。This paper is based on a typical working process of management and construction of campus network,analyzes the position task of the computer network technology majors,with the network administrators as example.a basic method of how to design the professional field of action,fields of study and learning situation are discussed in it,with the purpose to preliminary designe a talent training plan of computer network technology by working process oriented.
