摘　　要：资本市场是社会主义市场进行社会资源优化配置的重要平台,也是企业融资的主要渠道之一。资本市场能否充分发挥优化资源配置的作用,既取决于资本市场的制度性建设,也取决于资本市场的体系完备和产品创新。当前,我国资本市场要在已经推出的创新产品的基础上,除了要推出股指期货外,还需要推出全国统一的柜台交易市场。本文主要分析了推出全国统一的柜台交易市场的必要性、推出全国统一的柜台交易市场的条件基本成熟及全国统一的柜台交易市场的建立。The capital market is an important platform for the socialist market to allocate the social resources.It is also acted as one of the main channels to corporate financing.Whether the capital market can realize the allocation of resources,it depends on the system construction of the capital market and the perfect system of the capital market and innovation of the product as well.At present,Chinese capital market should launch the nation unified counter transaction market besides launching the Stock Index Futures after launching the innovation of the product.This paper introduced the necessity of launching the nation unifies counter transaction market and the conditions for the nation unified counter transaction market and the methods to establish the nation unifies counter transaction market.
