摘　　要：　国内足球界近年来的一个重要特征就是多种多样的并购、收购日渐频繁,同时也涉及到了球员转会事件.浙江绿城足球俱乐部2000年将吉林敖东足球队的甲B参赛资格及队员整体买下,成为其中较有影响的收购案例.收购操作拓展了运动员转会模式.其操作产生了基于法规的矛盾冲突,也带来了许多值得思考的管理、体制层面的问题.就此问题,进行有关法学及管理规范的探讨,并提出了建议.In recent years various amalgamation and purchasing have featured the domestic soccer sector with more transfers of soccer players.A famous case was that ZheJiang LvCheng Soccer Club bought the qualification to attend First B League Match and all players of JiLin AoDong Soccer Team in 2002 Its operation brought many considerable problems on law and unconsummated law systems and their poor execution have impeded the healthy development of soccer agency in China. This paper makes a research and discussion on the above problems and offers some feasible suggestions based on the case.
