摘　　要：为适应《中华人民共和国港口法》对港口公用基础设施建设管理的新要求,结合山东省港口实际,分析了我省港口公用基础设施建设管理所面临的形势及问题,借鉴国外现行的管理模式,对港口公用基础设施建设管理模式提出了针对性的建议。To adapt the new provisions of Port Law of the People's Republic of China for port public infrastructure construction management,the article analyzes the problems and the circumstance of port public infrastructure construction management of Shandong province based on the present situation of the ports of Shandong province,and puts forward the suggestions for the management models of port public infrastructure construction by introducing the present management models of foreign countries.
