摘　　要：针对省域联网收费高速公路进行了简化的服务水平评价方法探讨。根据联网收费高速公路交通量数据信息,选择高峰时段一类客车为特征车辆,采用区间外抵消法计算相邻站点间的运行速度,引入运行速度系数指标,利用运行速度系数分布(MVD)来评价高速公路服务水平进行了探讨。A method for evaluation of the service level to the provincial networking expressway is discussed.The first type car traffic in rush hour is selected from traffic information as characteristic object;the object velocity between two abutting stations is calculated by the method which is called counteract formula out of the given range,the modulus of velocity is calculated,and then,the method based on the Modulus of Velocity Distribution(MVD) for evaluation the service level of expressway is discussed.
