摘　　要：通过对农村公路管理养护现状及存在问题的剖析,以及农村公路养护模式的经验探讨,根据农村公路发展面临的形势和要求,研究构建山东省农村公路养护管理体制结构与运行机制。Through analyzing the status of rural roads maintaining management and the existing problems,exploring the experience of the maintenance mode,this thesis studied to build the structure of rural roads maintaining management system and operating mechanism according to the situation and the requirements of the rural roads development in Shandong Province.
