实验工艺条件对磷石膏轻质墙体砖的影响

摘　　要：采用石灰中和法预处理磷石膏和浇注成型的方法可制备磷石膏轻质墙体砖。在不同水灰比、外掺不同细度矿渣以及不同蒸养温度对磷石膏轻质墙体砖强度、软化系数及吸水率的实验中,实验结果表明,采用这种制砖工艺能够制备出满足JC422-91《非烧结普通粘土砖》标准要求的磷石膏轻质墙体砖,而且能够减少能耗,节省投资,降低成本。Phosphogypsum lightweight wall-bricks were prepared by the approach of pretreatment and the casting moulding.The affection of different water cement ratio,different fineness mixed with the slag fine and different streaming temperature is designed by experiments.The result shows that adopting this brick process,we can get the phosphogypsum lightweight wall-bricks which attain the standard of JC422-91.Furthermore,this technology can reduce energy comsumption,save investment and reduce cost.
