摘　　要：电视剧《福贵》改编自小说《活着》,整体来说,这部电视剧的改编是成功的。从故事的层面来看,编剧从人物、情节和环境等方面对原著进行了较大的改动,做到了既忠实于原著,又有所突破和超越。在主题意蕴的开掘、人物个性化塑造、时代特征的突现等方面作了有益的探索。The TV play 'FUGUI'is adatped from the novel 'LIVING', Overall, the adaptation of the show is a success. From the story level, the script writer has carried out bigger changing on original work which from the figure, the circumstances and the environment, and other aspects, not only do faithfully to the original, there are breakthroughs and something beyond it. The adapting makes useful exploration on which implicate of the opening theme, figures personalized shape, the prominent characteristics of the times, and other aspects.
